SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

Ready-to-ship orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from the carrier’s estimated delivery time.

If an item has a different processing time, such as a made-to-order or specialty piece, that information will be included in the product description.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery address, package size, weight and selected USPS service. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges.

DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times are provided by USPS and begin after the package has been accepted by the carrier. These estimates are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

TRACKING

When your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please allow time for the tracking status to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Please review your information carefully before submitting your order.

If a package is returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.

LOST, DELAYED OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please check around the delivery area, ask members of your household or neighbors, and contact USPS with your tracking number.

Please contact Ke Kālai Lole if additional assistance is needed. We will help provide available shipment information and assist with the carrier claim process when applicable.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, except when an order was shipped incorrectly due to an error by Ke Kālai Lole.
