RETURN & REFUND POLICY

ALL CLOTHING SALES ARE FINAL

All tops, dresses, sets, pants, shorts and other clothing items are final sale. These items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Please review the product description, measurements and sizing information carefully before purchasing.

JACKET RETURNS

Jackets are the only items eligible for return. A jacket return must be requested within 15 calendar days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the jacket must:

• Be completely unworn, unwashed and unaltered
• Have all original tags attached
• Be returned in its original condition
• Be free from stains, makeup, pet hair and signs of wear
• Be completely odor-free, including perfume, body spray, smoke, food, laundry detergent, fabric softener, soap and other fragrances

Customers are responsible for all return-shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Ke Kālai Lole is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

All returned jackets will be inspected before a refund is approved. Jackets showing signs of wear, washing, alterations, damage, removed tags or any noticeable odor will not qualify for a refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges and return-shipping costs are nonrefundable.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and make it right.
